Accela- Cell Data Planning Platform has integrated to Vodafone Turkey network early 2015. All 2G, 3G and 4G new sites are being prepared by Accela including neighbour planning, frequency planning, BCCH, BSIC, HSN, SC and PCI calculation on cell basis level. Different export files are available such as mml, xml and excel format. RF Planning engineers continuously using Accela to speed up fast rollout phase.
