Coordinator (COOR) is a SON module that aligns optimization actions across multiple cells to prevent conflicting adjustments. This feature ensures that network-wide optimizations, such as handover settings and load balancing, are implemented harmoniously. When load balancing occurs in one cell, COOR ensures that the changes do not negatively impact adjacent cells.
