Self-Healing is a SON functionality that detects and resolves network faults automatically, reducing downtime and minimizing the need for manual intervention. By rerouting traffic and adjusting parameters, Self-Healing ensures continuity of service during faults. For instance, if a cell experiences a hardware failure, Self-Healing reroutes traffic through neighboring cells to maintain user connectivity.
